they can do all basic maitinen...

they can do all basic maitinence on mostly basic vehicals ex. ballance, rotation, oil change, alighnment. but if you need a diagnoses on a vehical or oilchange on a preformance car or a complicated vehical ex. boxer engine, then stay far away!!!! i own a STI and they have put the wrong oil filter on my car twice and gave me wrong diagnosis because they just google the symtoms and start replacing parts and charging yo... view moreu crazy labor fees, they used to be great when they had all the older experianced mechanics but now they have a bunch of hick teenagers that have no idea what they are doing and ARE NOT ASE CERTIFIED BECAUSE I KNOW ALL OF THEM PERSONALY only a select few like mr. bartely, i have had my car there for 4 days because they were supposed to replace a simple PCV valve and destroyed my hoses and still waiting for special order from dealership for new hoses. IM just saying if you dont own a stock domestic vehical then do not come here for any motor work. also clearly state no test drivesand the teen mechanics will dog the crap out of your car and they dont even know how to drive stick , in conclusion if you have to come here only request a older guy named david or josh or dave and the better business burogh will be hearing from me shortly!

Went In for a oil change and service was great mechanics know there stuff did a great job I recommend them to everyone great job merchants tire

Run far far away from this place. I live in Maryland and was returning home from a summer vacation when my car `s A/C stopped working-- I stopped here and it cost me over a thousand dollars for a repair I didn`t need. They didn`t run any diagnostics on my car and said I needed a new compressor after looking under the hood in the parking lot for less than two minutes. After I paid them $1073, my car had the same pro... view moreblem two hours later....turns out I only needed a new cooling fan. They refused to give me a refund. On top of that--I called them and asked them for my compressor back and they lied to me and told me they were mailing it to me--but they never did! They are incompetent and unless you have money to burn, run far away to another mechanic, one who knows what they are doing!!
