Horrible experience (multiple)

wow, what can I say? We took a 2000 Audi there several times in 2011, after a personal recommendation. Not only did they not fix the problems, it took them 3 weeks to return the car. Even the owner drove the car and accepted payment over the phone with the engine smoking and pulling hard to one side. They even replaced a radiator without asking our permission. It didn`t even fix our issue. To add further insu... view morelt, the entire gas tank was used and the check in/out mileage on the ticket was identical. Run, do not walk from this place. Find help elsewhere!
