Our son was involved in an accident and did over $3,000.00 worth of damage to his vehicle. The evening of the accident, they were called to come tow the vehicle, I think the gentleman`s name was Roy. On Monday morning I called and spoke with Steve, not ever being involved in an accident... view more, he told me exactly what to do. He explained that his estimate would be more than what the insurance company would come back with. He explained that they would try and put aftermarket part or used parts on our son`s vehicle. He explained the difference between aftermarket and used to us and what our options were. During the whole process, we were able to come see the progress and the process of what was happening to his vehicle. Steve and his crew went OVER AND ABOVE the call of duty on his vehicle. The drivers side front was where the damage was, but they took out all the scuffs and dents on the drivers side. They suggested that we replace the rear bumper aswell (since I had made a comment that I had wanted to replace that one in time) so that I wouldn`t have to pay for extra paint costs as they were already painting the whole side. I appreciated their honesty. Goliath, I am not sure what you are talking about with Sherry, she was nothing but pleasant and friendly with me and my family. If she didn`t know the answer she would find out for me or pass me to someone who would. I am an extreme OCD person and everything must be as so and Keene Auto Body met my standards. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Keene Auto Body for helping us thru our first accident. Steve and his crew are top notch!

Avoid this garage if you value your car!

Stay away from this garage. Between Steve and Sherry they are so rude at this garage. I took my car there to be fixed was called 5 days later and told to pick it up it was done and ready. Yeah right I left work 4 hrs early to pick it up and when I arrived I could see the bubbles in the paint and I still had a dent. Steve the owner was extremely rude while I was explaining it he was walking off. When I was called agai... view moren to pick it up. It was in ok condition the inside of the car was extremely dirty or dusty not sure what. I will clean it not sure what they did inside the car. But, I did not want to cause them any more grief even though they caused me plenty. My accident was horrible experience but I much rather be in an accident anyday than deal with this crew. I would not bring a wheel barrow in for them to fix. Just a bunch of kids working there. When Sherry the girl in the office calls me to come pick it up she says YOU MUST come before 4 PM I can`t stay a minute longer. WOW what customer service. I lost 4 hrs of work to drive from Boston to Keene to pick up the car just to find out last week it was still not fixed. No apology nothing just acted like it was nothing for me to do this and I should be willing to. Bottom line is this if you value your car at all stay away from this garage. I definitely would go elsewhere and would not give them any business I am not sure how they stay in business being so rude and careless as they are
