RUDE Customer Service !!!! never felt more disrespectful by any business like this place. I was recommended to this place but would not go back if it was free. Unable to locate a FUSE BOX!!!! Took me 2 minutes to find it..was told it could be 10 minutes or a hour.If you work on VW you should KNOW where the fuse box is located.

Disgusting customer service!

Terrible service! Would never recommend this place to anyone. They are interested in money, money, money & their best interest & that is it. Even if that means dishonesty, manipulation and extreme customer belittlement. Scott is rude & condescending with no respect for the paying customer what so ever. There are many many places to get your Audi, BMW or Suburban taken care of. We have found Master Tech in Colchester to be wonderful! Honest & extremely good to their customers. All 3 of our above listed vehicles have never been in better shape. Reputable VT business at its best! Shame on you Sterling Motorwerks !!!

These guys were very helpful a...

These guys were very helpful and accomodating. Their labor may be slightly above average, but they get the work done faster and better than any other garages in the area (not to mention they`re expert VW and Audi mechanics). After all was said and done, it ended up being the most affordable option in Chittenden County. They`re perfectly honest and won`t replace anything that doesn`t need to be fixed. Awesome guys! They knew how to fix my Audi AND they didn`t charge me an arm and a leg. After years of feeling like I was getting taken to the cleaners but couldn`t prove it I am very happy to have found Sterling. Scott was excellent at explaining things and making things work for ME!
