they dont even deserve one star..have had my CERTIFIED pre owned ford there 6 times in less then 90 days, each time i hve to contact them to find out if my car is ready..they wont bother to call and let u know,diagnose and fix problems that are not there but yet have not been able to fix the right problem yet...maybe they will get it on the 4th time..no loaner or ride offered..well a ride if u can wait till the van i... view mores filled up...love my car just want it right...and not be told no we dont have 5 minutes to see whats wrong with your car make appt..after i have been there 6 times in 81 days. i wirk in customer service..this is not it....i was always told they were disfuctional and dont care ...but im hard headed and had to find out on my own...sorry i did...dont make same mistake
