Capitol City Kia is the WORST ...

Capitol City Kia is the WORST car dealership i`ve ever been to. They treat you like a king when you are first there to look at and buy cars, but once your name is signed that all goes away. They trick you into buying a vehicle you can`t afford, and LIE like CRAZY!!! They told me I would be getting $1000 for a trade in value on my car (even though it was worth way more!), and then when I looked at the paperwork later ... view moreit said they only gave me $100.00 toward the new car!!!!! I was ENRAGED! I am currently speaking with various dealership associations, and hoping to give this car back!!! IT`s also a piece of junk and parts are also already breaking when it`s a 2013 vehicle I JUST BOUGHT a FEW MONTHS AGO!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I only gave it a 1 star rating because their was no 0 stars!

Liars and thieves

Bought a 1 year old used car from these clowns less than a year ago and during a routine maintenance visit to my local dealer they poiinted out that the poor repainting of the front of the car was coming off and asked if I wanted it done right. I said, what repainting? They showed me where the car had been oversprayed and said it wasn`t covered under my warranty.

I conacted my Ed Farr, and he was less than c... view moreordial, actually hanging up on me. I reached out to the BBB of VT and the VT Consumer Assistance Program (both of which can do nothing) with no satisfactory response from Capitol City.

If I lived in VT, I`d take them to small claims court. This appears to be a recurring theme with these guys. Isn`t there some agency that can put a stop to this illegal activity? This company apparently does this on a routine basis.

LIARS

I purchased a vehicle from Ed Farr at Capitol City Auto Mart in Berlin, VT. I was told everything that I wanted to hear and I was treated like gold before the sale. Once the sale was complete and Mr Farr had his money, it was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. It became apparent that there was an issue with my vehicle, but Mr Farr could not care less. Capitol city will lie to you

I perches a truck from them two months back and have had nothing but problems. they will promise you things and then blatantly lie to you. very bad service. will tell you any thing to get you to buy and once you sign it is over.
