Although a bit more expensive ...

Although a bit more expensive than local garages, I am willing to pay the extra costs for the convenience and timeliness of of the service. Monro`s has always been quick with the repairs and I have never had any issues with any work they`ve done. I also like that the service guys ensure my vehicle/s stay clean, such as no oil or other stains left from their boots.

bad feeling at the Counter

The counter guy at the Monro at 37 Smithfield Blvd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 was condescending and unfriendly. I have no feedback in regards to their mechanical abilities because I ended up walking out after talking to the guy. I ended up going to the goodyear down the street and was very satisfied with their service.
