I was referred to abra by an allstate rep and man was it a disappointment: Fasteners missing on fender, Bent tie rod left in disrepair, front bumper loose and misaligned, and runs in the paint. I took the vehicle to another shop and had it repaired correctly. I will certainly avoid abra in the future.
