Terrible service!
The deal we got was a bit disagreeable. We were already expecting to have some difficulties, so that wasn`t a big deal. However, as time has progressed, so have the problems! Their service department are very good at coming up with this important replacement or this important check that costs way too much! Their service techs messed up my radio, then wadded the spare wires up and threw them I`m the dash! As a result,... view more some time later, there was a short in the dash that caused us no end of problems!! When we called and told them the problem they didnt really show any concern for our problem. Said they would fix it if we brought it in though. Well we live three hours away we told them. Well we can`t help you unless you bring it in! In short, we drove three hours, had them fix what they caused to begin with and they wouldn`t even cover the cost because it was a problem caused outside the warranty!!! Be very careful shopping here!!

Service dept is just as bad
We took our car in for service and they replace the wrong part 3 different times, assuring us each time that "this" was the sure fix. They quoted us prices and came back each time saying that they had misquoted and it was actually a different part and (shock!) more expensive.
We could not take the car elsewhere because it was completely disassembled and we would have to pay a large chunk to have it put b... view moreack and make it driveable.
It sounds like this whole dealership is very unethical and I warn anyone who tries to do business with them in any way.

Beware: Read this before you buy
Unethical in every way!!! The salesmen are real smoozers... be very wary... they lie and the managers wont believe you cause it takes money out of their pocket. Bewary of close-out warranty offers and service, especially service offers casuse they are slower than molasses in January. Dont believe anything they say unless everything and I mean EVERYTHING is in writing... no matter whether buying new or used. Take a re... view moreal close look at used market and inspect the vehicle with an eagle eye inside and outside and in broad daylight and keep your smeller on alert for interior smells. Request they fix everything before buying. In this economy its a buyers market so dont pay more than fair KBB private party value for a car or truck, especially a truck. Othwerwise its a losing proposition.
