i had the same problem with engine light

every time they fix it, it keeps coming back. how many times should you go to this place to have your problem fixed? just to clear engine light - i can do it myself...

you can trust these guys

Action Auto Repair is in my top 2 or 3 places I would recommend for car repairs. The mechanics are talented and fast, and the prices are reasonable. They stand behind their work as well. My check engine light was on a few months back and they diagnosed the problem as a leak in the fuel system due to small cracks in the hoses attached to the fuel tank. Anyways, they fixed the problem and one day later the check en... view moregine light came back on. The owner explained there was a small hose they had missed before, and personally fixed the problem free of charge. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they stand behind their work.

clueless

I am sure they can manage rock chip repair, but the rest! they told me frame on my car was screwed up and gave me a list of things that were wrong with my car... I took it to a different shop, they laughed at my face, some of the parts I supposed to changedo not exist in this vehicle!!! Rip OFFF

Trustworthy mechanics!

Man, I love Action Auto Repair. I used to drive past them all the time. They had a sign out for $10 rock chip repair so I went there after Jiffy Lube told me I had a ton of rock chips they wanted to repair (for like $25 each). The guy at the front desk at Action climbed up on my hood and examined my windshield, and touched some spots, and was like, ""Wellll, you have a lot of rock chips...but they`ve all been fill... view moreed."" No charge. We`ve been back several times. They`re always GREAT about explaining what`s going on with our old car. They let us know what MUST be done, what ought to be done, what can wait until later, and what really doesn`t matter all that much but could be done if we wanted. Last week, we took a car that we were about to buy in for a checkup before signing final paperwork. The guys at Action uncovered a major accident that the dealer had not disclosed. They showed us several serious problems and a couple minor unrelated problems, and advised us not to buy the car at any price. Saved us thousands in future repairs. They`re not one of those places that has dirt cheap prices, but their prices are very fair. They`re just honest guys doing honest work for fair prices. It is such a relief to have a mechanic that we really trust.
