DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM! I`m currently stuck on the side of the road. I took my 2010 Subaru with 50k for a lube and oil change. Drove my car maybe 3 miles and it completely stalled out. They broke my coil which was arching spark across the whole engine bay. The guy came and said yep this isn`t our fault it`s a faulty part. Proceeds to leave me on the side of the road. Doesn`t offer a tow home nothing. The car is... view more brand new bought from a Subaru dealer, I dropped it off after work in which it ran perfect and after taking it to Tracys it suddenly breaks down. The coil is $300 plus labor, so thx for the $500 dollar oil change Tracy!!! Also I almost forgot the positive battery cable wasn`t even tightened down was basically off the post when I opened the hood!!

I took my 2005 Hyundai Elantra...

I took my 2005 Hyundai Elantra to Tracy`s Auto Repair on 10/18/11 for repairs. I was quoted between $45 and $90 labor to have a previously cross threaded oil pan drain plug replaced which required the pan to have new threads tapped and an oversized drain plug installed. I waited on the premises while the service was completed. After 2 hours waiting in their office, I was told the car was finished and was handed a bil... view morel. Total cost with tax of $14.78, $38.40 in parts and $198 in labor costs, the total was $251.18. I could have purchased a new oil pan for not much more. When I questioned the office man about the labor costs, he stated that the job was more difficult than expected and I argued to no avail that I was not informed the cost to be more than $90 labor. He just smiled and I paid the bill. I will never return with my business and would not recommend Tracy`s Auto Repair to anyone.
