Dishonest, rude, liars. Incompetente work.

My husband had an accident, and was referred by geico insurance. They did a terrible job, bumpers do not fit properly, they said because they were aftermarket bumpers and put a thousands of excuses for their incompetence. We went to the dealer and they confirmed that they were original parts. They are liars and rude especially the manager. Reliable and Excellent Service

We have had occasion to take our cars into Central Collision Center on 12300 South several times, either for minor or moderate repairs. The first impression is one of amazement that a repair shop could be so immaculate and clean. The employees, from front desk to service providers to management are friendly and professional. Service, worksmanship and communication all great

Long story short, a huge tree branch fell on my car and did a ton of damage. Central Collision is the preferred body shop for my insurer and they have exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to get my car repaired without being an inconvenience. They even loaned me a car while the repairs were being done (I did not have rental car insurance) and arranged an affordable detailing service to clean up interior... view more mess created by my delay in getting service/filing a claim. Great, Quick service

I have had Central repair our car multiple times and I would refer them to anyone. They were friendly, quick and esy to work with. Each time they have repaired the car, theyl have delivered early.

Fantastic Job!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! VERY UNDEPENDABLE!

Central Collision Center is not a dependable business. I was given excuse after excuse for why my car wasn`t finished over a week after they originally said it would be done. They take no responsibility for actions. They over promise and under deliver. I wish I would have read these reviews before bringing my car to them. They were the closest shop to me, but now I know its worth any amount of miles to go somewhere e... view morelse. Got my Yukon repaired fast

I needed about 5k in repairs done to the front end of my Yukon in 5 days. They were able to finish it in 4 day and did a great job. The staff there is very helpful and took care of me. Their draper location is awesome!

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE SERVICE! DISHONEST! UNRELIABLE!

Central Collision Center is horrible body shop. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM. If you insurance company (Farmers was mine) refers you to them request ANY other body shop. I was sent to them by "Help Point" which is apart of Farmers who is my auto insurer, after my car was damaged. You would assume they`re a reliable honest reputable company when you`re sent their, but they were anything but reliable or hone... view morest. I have VERY minor items to be fixed that other shops quoted me would take 5-6 days, Central Collision Center had my car for 16 days TOTAL!! 16!! They NEVER called me during this time period either. I had to call them EVERY single time and they said 3 times it would be done the next day. Id wait for their call the next day and hear nothing. So I`d call and get some BS excuse that they forgot to order something, or that they have too much work and not enough employees. To sum it all up, STAY AWAY and keep everyone you know AWAY from Central Collision Center.

Great work done early

They got my Yukon done early in 4 days! I hit a cement wall and did 5k in damage. They straightened the frame, replaced a tun of parts and did a great job repainting and blending. Brandon and Jaime there were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
