Wow, after getting an estimate...

Wow, after getting an estimate on some suspension work from Christensen`s Transmission in Vernal, I called ahead and asked them when should I drop the car off the get the work done. I have had problems with dropping the vehicle off with them before, where they didn`t order the parts until after I dropped if off. So that`s why I specifically called in advance, asked them to order the parts, and THEN dropped my car... view more off there on a Monday. Today is Thursday. I just called to ask how things are coming and the owner Nate Christensen just ADMITTED he didn`t even order the parts yet after telling me he did. Unbelievable. It`s as if the entire conversation from last week never took place. He was asking me what they were supposed to do to the car!! I told him whatever you put on YOUR ESTIMATE!! This man is an unprofessional liar.

Wow

If I could I would give it -5, the worst service ever, owner lied about family emergency, said would fix car in three days, moved it the day of 3 times, said they would stay open late to fix came by when they said they would be done and it`s closed. Just wow
