Excellent customer service. The new owner has been there since May 2011. One of my friends was looking at my car and thought the tie rod was bad and that my tire would fall off soon. i took it in for this to be repaired. The owner took me into his clean shop while my car was lifted and showed me what my friend was looking at. He explained that it is normal for the tie rod to move like that and then grabbed my tire an... view mored explained when a tie rod is bad the tire will move back and forth and that the tie rod is good still. He did point out a couple other things that were going bad but did not need to be replaced yet. I love the honesty and love that he was willing to take the time to educate me on my car. Thank you - I will be returning when my car needs repairs or when my friends freak me out again.

Great Service, Honest People, and CLEAN shop!

I always take my car to Madsen Auto Service. They are very thorough and honest. They do not try to sell me a bunch of services that don`t need to be done like other shops. They work to help me understand what is being done to my car and have often taken me back in the shop to show me exactly what they are seeing so I understand better.
