JW CROOKED car sales!! These guys will tell you anything they think you want to hear so they can sale you a vehicle! We called them 3 times to ask them what kind of condition the vehicle was in. I asked if anything was broken, torn, dents, or mechanical problems. They told us it was so clean and in excellent condition and he would not be telling us that if it weren`t true, because it was going to be an hr drive for ... view moreus. When we arrived my husband immediately noticed a scratch and dent on the fender, passenger mirror was broke, tires were completely bald, tears in leather, multiple interior trim panels broke!! We went in to talk about it and we were still debating on buying it or not. What helped us to come to an agreement was when the salesman said, we have a certified mechanic check all our vehicles and make sure they are mechanically sound and if you were to drive it off the lot and in a couple of days something mechanical came up we would not be left hanging, they would help cover it! It wasn`t even a couple of days, we didn`t even get home and the service 4 wheel drive light came on!! We called them the very next morning and their tone and service had already changed! They weren`t at all friendly, understanding, or helpful! In the end we were left with the entire service bill!! They won`t return phone calls and all we asked is if they could help to pay for half, when in reality they should be paying the whole bill!! I will not EVER recommend or buy from this dealer again!! They are very HIGH PRESSURE, LIARS, AND CROOKS!! Don`t go here! You will be very disappointed!

Ogden resident ripped off

JW car sales was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Rich Johnston and Larry Waters should never be able to do business here. They want to put you in a car before financing is finalized so they can steal your deposit. They rent out the cars on their lot for their other business called ""Rent a Wreck"" and the name fits. The cars on their lot are not only used but they are used rental cars. The exterior o... view moref most the cars have bondo and fresh paint. And every car I test drove has a mechanical defect of some sort. I am a mechanic and I recommend that you do not buy a car here or you will be stuck somewhere in no time calling a guy like myself to come and fix your new used rental car. Let`s get these theives out of Ogden. We don`t need bad businesses like this ruining our city`s reputation. If you want to have your hard earned money stolen from you go here because that`s what they do.
