Manager was a jerk
On April 24th I went to check out Honda Odysseys here. I had a great salesman named Kevin who really treated me great. Unfortunately I wasn`t able to close the deal at that moment but planned on returning to buy the car in a couple of days. I decided to lean my head into Kevin`s boss`s office to compliment Kevin. His boss when he found out I was returning a different day decided he had to insult me!! How that helps... view more him sell cars I have no idea. I probably would not return here solely on the managers attitude and total lack of social skills

Crooks that exploit vulnerable customers. They took advantage of my 62 year widowed mother. She went through USAA car purchasing service to get a no dicker pre-negotiated price. It was supposed to be a no hassle internet sale with only taxes and registration fees added to the price. USAA sent her a certificate to take to a local dealer to pick out the car. Stockton12 told her they would take the certificate and then ... view morethey placed her in a room and made her feel like she could not leave until she had signed for a number of additional items, services, and warrantees that added more than two thousand additional dollars to the cost of the car. They did not let her see the contract to see the final price until after she had left the building. She arrived for her appointment with them at 5:15 PM and she did not leave until 9:30. The finance manager that applied the high pressure tactics was named Tom. She had decided before coming to the dealership that she would decline the extended warranty but Tom kept arguing with her until she signed for it. He also applied high pressure tactics to get her to sign for the other items he was hocking .The salesman Mark Harmon was pleasant and helpful when my mother was looking at the car but must have known what he was sending her into when she went into the room with Tom. They are both smarmy creeps. My mother was upset about the charges and asked to cancel them the week after the sale. They did refund the charges for the extended warranty and the prepaid oil changes but would not give a refund for other items. This is the first time my mother has purchased a new car in 14 years. She was afraid that she would be taken advantage of by car salesman so she purchased the car through USAA on the internet so she would not be subjected to high pressure tactics. Even so, Tom and Mark still managed to turn the purchase into an awful experience. Please take your business elsewhere.

low class snakes
the only reason this has one star is because it required it. i wouldn`t give them anything
this dealership is low class and filled with car sharks.my husband and i stopped by the auto mall thinking it would be a great experience because there are so many dealerships there if we didn`t find what we wanted at one we would walk on over to the next. our first stop was at stockton 12 honda. we were automatically greeted ... view moreby a brand new salesman. we told him we just wanted to look around then we would let him know if we needed help. he told us well we do things different here let me get some information from you and pull some keys. after sitting there for 2 hours listening to him tell personal stories he finally pulled some keys. we went and looked and i didn`t find anything i loved and i told him i wanted to go shop somewhere else he insisted that i look and test drive some of there`s so i humored him and did so. i told him i don`t like any of these and for the 2nd time told him exactly what i was looking for. the manager came out and told me to go drive the other lots with this salesman and if i find the car i wanted to bring it back and he will get me into it for the price i wanted to pay. so i cruzed around the other lots for about 5 minutes not really looking at the other cars and when we made it back to the store he called his other stores in the valley to see if they had the car i wanted. he came back telling me that the car i wanted was at their murray store and we were going to head over there to get it. so we hoped in the car and went to the murray store after sitting at that store for an hour he came back and told us they sold the car that morning. at this point i was so annoyed i was ready to get back to my vehicle i drove there in and go home. as we were pulling out of the murray store`s parking lot we seen another car that i loved and he said lets get back to the other store i have 3 of those on the lot. we can get you into one for your price. we drove back to the other store in rush hour and sat down to talk. he heads back into the managers office to talk and comes back and starts wheeling and dealing with us trying to have us pay 2 thousand more than we wanted to pay. we told him no way we layed out the price for him when we got there and he assured us he will get us in a vehicle for that price out the door. so after him going back and forth he comes back with a price 500 more than we wanted to pay i thought okay if i like the car then i am willing to pay that much more i said can we test drive the car first? come to find out he was wheeling and dealing with us on a car we didn`t even want or didn`t even tell him we wanted that we test drove earlier. we asked him what happened to the other car he says to us i thought i told you we couldn`t get you into that one. No he did not tell us he tried jamming a piece of crap car down our throats i am not sure why he pulled that car if it was 2 thousand over our budget in the first place. I will never do business with these people again

Great experience
Shawn was an awesome sales guy to work with. He was very friendly, and really listened to us to make a deal that worked well for us. We had a limited amount of time to work with, and he worked quickly to get the deal done. After I purchased the car, he was very thorough with making sure I got a lesson about everything in the car. I love my new Odyssey! Thank you for making it such a great experience for me.

Great experience
Buying my new Crosstour was a great experience thanks to both Trefon and Alex. They were absolutely great to work with and were the reason I bought the car. They both went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. They both should be highly commended. I will readily refer all my friends and family to them.

I intend to recommend Stockton12 Honda, and Shoaib , to all of my friends, management associates, and people working underneath me. Congratulations on a job well-done.

Highest level of professional attitude
The staff (John, Kel, and Tom) are very respectful and accommodating during and after the transaction. Although it took 4 hours of hard negotiation, John was able to keep his highest level of professional attitude wherein me and my wife still felt very comfortable. We ended up with a great CRV with a ""good"" price because some of the accessories I would like to have didn`t came through with the price I wanted, but t... view morehe APR that Tom was able to get was excellent. Please continue with your professionalism and I will definitely recommend your dealership.

We walked out happy
Godo experience. Sales and finance to all they could to make a it a good experience and we walked out happy in the end. The back and forth price negotiating got long but they were understanding. Did their best to get us out the door once a decision was made. Have called us a few times to check if we have questions which was nice.
