Garff Automotive Group "crooks"

I had an engine replaced at a cost 3,094.00 by a subsidiary of Garff Automotive that failed the same day I picked it up. Their service manager, Darrell Wilson (Ken Graff Automotive Group) acknowledged responsibility by order the replacement engine from Japan Engine after their installed engine totally failed after 300 miles and 1 day; then Marion Palmore "General Manager for Garff Automotive" cancelled the engine. Even Japan Engine in their letter to me stated ?????????original purchaser , Garff Automotive - Richmond Toyota, failed to handle this situation properly and we will deal directly with Lucy Huffman to resolve the issue. This was when the Ken Graff Automotive Group owned the dealership. Japan Engine even though they knew ?????????Ken Graff????????? was responsible and stated so in their letter, has provided me an engine for an additional $375.00 and another $1,500 I must now pay Lee Summitt?????????s Subaru to install.
