I can not say enough good things about the mechanics at this shop. Kasey was so helpful to explain everything that was wrong with my transmission to me. I never felt like they were misleading me like the transmission place I went to in Orem before a friend recommended Dean`s. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and I never felt like they were tired of my questions. And I had a lot of questions! They shuttled me and my children home all the way from Spanish Fork to Lindon when I dropped it off. They even delivered the vehicle to me when it was done. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Best shop ever

I have no idea why someone would say this shop did not stand behind their warranty. I have never met more honest people in my dealings with car repairs over the years. I have had small repairs and I have had expensive repairs done by them. I don`t believe they would take advantage of any customer. I have actually had them not even charge me for some things that other shops would charge for.

NOT HAPPY

I have an old Vehicle yes, but don`t take advantage of me by thinking it needs more than it does done to it. Then not doing it right. Charging me a price I paid then I had to turn around and bring it back 2 hours later. You said it would be done 2 days after that took another week and then charged me again even after you said it was on a 12 month warranty. Best transmission repair around

This shop was recommended by a neighbor. They were very honest with me and could have charged me alot of money to fix my car. I was told by someone else that I needed a new transmission. I only needed an electronic part and the total repair was under $300. I was quoted $2600 dollars at the other place. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
