I`ve been going there for years. Best
I`ve been going there for years. Best repair shop I`ve ever used. The people are friendly and always willing to explain the vehicle`s issues. I`ve used many shops over the years and I feel Burt Brothers is very professional and their prices are reasonable. I send my friends there.

DON""T GO THERE
Had an issue and knew what was wrong and dropped the car off and wanted a quote on the repair. They did a diagnostic ($100) without telling me upfront, and wouldn`t let me have the car back til I paid.
Plus, they are easily 50-150% higher than anywhere else for service. It`s a small town and word of mouth will sink them eventually.

Worst Tire and Auto shop in Park City
I would rate Burt Brothers 0 stars if I could. They preformed services without my consent. I should have known better. We have been having trouble with them for years and I got lazy and went there again only to get burned again. Please don`t make the same mistake I have. Go somewhere else!

Worst car/service company I ha...
Worst car/service company I have ever dealt with. My car had lost radiator fluid just outside there Jeremy`s ranch store while my wife was driving it. A little bleeder valve on top had broke and when I replaced it, I lost a bunch of fluid. She pulled over, waited for it to cool down, and then drove it into their shop. They gave her fluid and told her to take it to the dealer. They did not offer her any help, tol... view mored he if something happens to the car, it would be her fault not their`s. They told he they thought it also needed a new reservoir. So that weekend I replaced the reservoir and put a new thermostat in it. Saturday morning I drove my car down to their other location to get radiator fluid since replacing the reservoir caused at least 1/2 gallon loss of fluid. I told the guy who was adding the fluid that I had replaced those parts. After he added the fluid, I told him the car was still running too hot and I thought the air had to be let out of the system (there is a bleeder valve, and I showed him where it was at) He said no that I just need to drive it and it will circulate and be fine. I went back to the car and checked the heater and the air blowing out of the vents. I told him it was too hot and the heater was still blowing cold air. He said I just needed to drive it. So I did, no more than 4 miles up the road steam was barreling out from under the hood. I called Tom at their front desk, and he said it wasn`t there fault. I`m like, your guy told me to drive it and it would be fine. They wouldn`t even help me get it towed back to their place. I paid to have it towed back to their service center and on Monday they called me and said the thermostat housing had burst, tThat I had to have the dealership fix it. I googled the part and it was only $100.00. I called Tom back and said you guys can`t fix this part. He said no. After going back and forth on who was going to pay to have it towed up to Land Rover, he said they would if they could find an employee with AAA towing. Two hrs later they did. car was towed up to the dealership on some employees AAA plan. Tom said when the dealership fixed the part, they would find other problems and that this part would have broken regardless of what their employee said to me. There were none. They fixed the part, flushed the system and I picked it up that night. I asked the service man at the dealership what would have caused that housing to blow like that, and he said lack of radiator fluid or too much air in the system. I called Tom back and told him they could have prevented this had the guy working on my car listened to me. He said the guy wasn`t a mechanic and it wasn`t there fault. I was like how was I suppose to know he wasn`t a mechanic. Why didn`t he go get help. I called corporate headquarters and eventually got a call from one of the owners. He talked to me for 27 minutes. He talked about how they avoid working on cars with heating problems. I said that would explain why they didn`t help my wife. He went on and on about how people are always trying to come in and scam them. Never said sorry or to offer to pay for what ending up being only a $500.00 problem and could have easily been a $5,000 problem had a head gasket blown. At the end of all of this trying to be nice to me, I said do you not see your companies fault in this. He said no. I asked him "did you really call me and not offer even a token of "I`m sorry" even a free oil lube for all this inconvenience. He said, if I didn`t care about his customers, he wouldn`t have called me. I told him, then show me you care. He offered nothing, and said that he would love to have me back and hung up. That was it. What a waist of time. Go somewhere else to get your car serviced.

DISHONEST CONDUCT
I was here recently to have some service done and could not believe my eyes. The employees were: 1) careless, 2) irresponsible, 3) greedy, 4) did not know what they were doing.
In agreement to other comments that say service here ""sucks."" The employees dented and scratched. Stole property out of my car, would not classify as professional mechanics that were qualified for their job, refused to take responsibilit... view morey for their actions. I caught an employee damaging and removing items from my car ""red handed"" and the company refuses to take any action or responsibility to damages caused. I have never seen anything like this before, especially from a business. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

Super friendly and do a great job at a reasonable price
These guys are what you wish for in an auto mechanic. Whether it`s a simple oil change, replacing your muffler, or helping out with the car battery, these guys are straight shooters will do what`s right for you at a great price. I had them install a battery switch for my old SUV b/c the battery kept getting drained if I let it sit too long. They didn`t try to sell me a knew battery, and they installed the switch... view more for like $20. They are a great reference for other automotive needs as well.
