The Jiffy Lube ruined my engine!
I recently had a signature oil service with the complete oil flush. I also had my coolant topped off. Due to their hastiness and not thorough service on my car, I have to suffer. They failed to properly put the coolant cap on tightly and that subsequently ruined my engine. They are not accepting blame for their shoddy service and will not work in a timely manner to rectify my situation. I am out of a car and all they... view more want to do is cover their butts instead of making this right with the customer. Maybe I`ll change my review once they decide to help me out but in the mean time I have no car.
