I had my wifes minivan windshield replaced quickly and easily. They ran all the paperwork for us to get it done free using our insurance. Then I decided to call them back when my truck needed a new windshield. I had saved one of their coupon from the money mailer. They knew immediately that they had the windshield in stock and qouted me over the phone. Lacks what they used to have,,,, No Smiles...

They used to have great leadership and be customer oriented. The last time i went in.. Had all new people because they have a hard time retaining employees. .. Did not do a full job as promised.. Left Glass all over inside the back of the truck instead of taking the time to vacuum and clean it up as promised.. and since the old owner left prices have gone up and service has gone down.. i have had at least 8 windshie... view morelds done by them and even referred them to friends,, but i have learned a great bit about what happens when companies change ownership.. I do not recomend this company to anyone.. take your money somewhere that appreciates the customer and isnt just open to make a dollar. Hope this was informative..
