My boyfriend and I went in yesterday to buy a car. We offered $5,000 cash and our car for trade. First off, when they appraised our car the appraiser ( who was also the manager) drove it up over one of the parking curbs and damaged our car. Then the sales woman was like, we`ll have to offer you a little more for the trade since he did that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The car is registered at his parents address still, just out of convenience but it felt like he was suggesting that we should have more money to offer toward the car. Then he goes on to tell us that since the car came from Canada and has Kilometers and because the transmission is starting to slip that it is unsellable for them and for us so we would be better off to walk away from it and they would only offer $500 for the car. He kept going on and on about how we wouldn`t even be able to sell it privately. Well It still runs fine and has no other problems, so basically he only convinced us to keep driving our car until it dies since we cant get anything out of it anyway... In the end we were not offered any compensation for the damage that was done to our car and didn`t even get a counter offer to buy the car we wanted. It didn`t seem like they even want to sell their cars if they are doing business like that. I love Chevrolet, I have owned two, my family owns 4 right now, ever since I was born we have always bought them... but I will not be going back to Jerry Seiner. I guess that`s why my family always buys our cars from Murdock Chevrolet in Bountiful. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Only wish they were smarter.... They are not smart enough to listen to you and try to do their best to satisfy customers. The manager James there is the dumbest, keeps repeating same thing over and over, never listens to you. He only cares ""selling"" part not what the customers want. We spent $200 for their service team to look at the car we were interested, because we weren`t allowed to take it off the lot to o... view moreur mechanic. They did, and the result is some repair needs to be done which relates to the engine. There was a leak that we were told the cost will be some where between $10-3000 to fix. They don`t know the repair cost because they need to do more research but because it is sold ""as is"" they don`t want to. After spending almost $200, really. We only wanted them to do one thing (which was to see where the leak was coming from, which is reasonable for the seller to do for within the $200 we gave) to give us the detail of what needs to be done for around this much cost not some where between $10-3000! We know what ""as is"" means, we can buy it ""as is"" if we know what`s wrong with it & how much it would cost to fix it. Without knowing it and buying the car for half of 10.000, you have to be an idiot. We`d never recommend this place to anyone. When the manager is that dumb, no hope for the company, stupid place.

Can they really be this bad?
I visited Jerry Seiner Cadillac during my lunch break today. Having purchased a number of luxury brands before, I expected to be treated as an intelligent consumer. The sales rep was very pushy and knew very little about the vehicle. Before he even knew if I liked the vehicle he was pushing me to buy it. When I told him that my head hit the ceiling due to the sunroof, he insulted me by telling me it was psycholog... view moreical on my part. When the sales rep failed to close me and I was about to get in my car, he went and called the manager to see if he could close me. Since this experience included both the sales rep and a manager, I don`t recommend that anyone purchase from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I`m pretty certain that the few positive reviews on this page are employees of Jerry Seiner who are trying to do damage control.

Horrible and Dishonest Service
After having one of the worst experiences buying a car at Jerry Seiner I swore I would never go back. We needed some warranty and recall work done a couple years later and decided to give them a try again. We also needed to get a safety and emissions test done. Needless to say they were very misleading and dishonest in their actions and to get the necessary tests done to register my car it ended up costing me $230... view more which only included a minor adjustment to the parking brake. Another disappointment
I bought a vehicle some time ago. Everything went well at the time and I bought an extended warranty. I recall being told it was good at any ASE mechanic. Now I find out after taking it to another Chevrolet Dealer that it is only good at the Jerry Seiner Dealership.
