This is a place for terrible customer service, rude employees and mediocre jobs. The employees cuss at customers and are incredibly rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

good service and honest dealings and price. I checked with 2 other auto repair places that wanted to charge me almost double what bill and randy`s did. Thanks guys

Great Service!

I had my "service engine soon" light on for awhile, and after going to a few other auto shops, they either told me they didn`t know what was wrong or that it would cost lots of money to fix. One auto shop told me that it was fixed and that I should bring it back in if the light came back on. When the light came back on and I brought it back there, they told me that I should go to a dealership. So, they j... view moreust screwed me over and I ended up paying that shop hundreds of dollars for service that`s apparently not guaranteed. I finally went to Bill and Randy`s, and after first looking for a used part (to save me money), they fixed my valve and that "service engine soon" light is finally gone. They fixed it for such a lower price, too. They were all very nice and professional to me, and always treated me with respect. I`m recommending them to anyone that has issues with their car, and I`ll keep going to them with my car.

best place in town

These guys are awesome. I was referred to them by my father-in-law who`s been using them for years. I went to them for a couple of O2 sensors....Checker wanted $350 for the two O2 sensors for my toyota. I took the problem to Bill and Randy`s, and for the parts and service it was $250. This is only what got me hooked. I`ve been going back to them ever since. It is apparent that they are intent on keeping custome... view morers by their great customer service. USE Bill and Randy`s.
