Very frustrating experience. After issues at another shop, I thought I was going to have good customer service here. The manager is friendly and seemingly helpful until there is a real issue or problem. Then he could care less. They have no flexibility to do the right thing. The estimate and issues kept increasing. After deciding that I was not going to get good care at Tunex in Layton, I took my car to yet another p... view morelace and learned the issues were misdiagnosed. In the end I saved a few hundred dollars and my car is working great by not doing business with Tunex Layton.
