WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP EVER!

I took my car there to have them figure out what was wrong with it. They said they would call me the next day, they never did. So I went in the day after they were supposed to call and they told me it was gonna cost me 990 dollars to fix my transmission. When I got it back it ran great for a day. Took it in again the next day again it took them two days to get it back to me. After two weeks of this they tell me the r... view moreeason my car is shot is because the radiator is broken. I ask if we had fixed this before you made me fix the trasmission would that have worked they said yes. SO now I am out 1,500 dollars. I hate them so much. Don`t go there if you want to keep your car safe they butcher it so you have to keep coming back to pay them more money.

Call someone else!

I took my car to Hatch around New Years for brakes. A WEEK and $450 later, I get my car back. 1 week later I took my car to be inspected where I was told it needed new brakes. Intteresting...I jsut got new brakes. Turns out Hatch charged me for the brakes but never did the work. They did the front, not the rear, but charged me (way too much) for both. Also they told me I needed a new bearing. I am very doubtful it ne... view moreeded to be done.
