When these people got done "" detailing"" my Lexus today, there was grime all over the engine, fuzz under the seats and old drops of milkshake still stuck to the console. I do a better job of cleaning my car with $10 worth of quarters, a box of wet wipes and some Q tips. Mandy, the Lexus worker, resisted giving any sort of refund and wanted me to bring my car back a second time; I`d already spent a day getting the cr... view moreummy ""detail"" in the first place. She then promised to have the manager call me back; he did not. When I tracked him down, he claimed to know nothing of my problem. He did issue a 50% refund, but all I really got for that was a $100 car wash.
