Terrible service. They overcharge for their services and couldn`t even change my battery correctly. Normally I do the work on my vehicles myself but I was out of town and my wife needed some work done. When I got back I called to see if they would redo the alignment they had done poorly and properly install the battery they changed, but they said that I would have to pay for the labor again. The place looks very nice and ...

The place looks very nice and the waiting room is super clean. Those are the only good things I have to say about this place. I dropped my car off because the check engine light came on and I wanted them to check it out for me. Five hours later I called them and they hadn`t even looked at my car yet. About an hour after that, they called me to say they needed to run some further diagnostics that would cost about ... view more$100, and informed me that I currently owed them $50 for the first test they had already run. I understand that they are a business and need to make money, but charging $50 to plug my car into a machine is ridiculous. Especially when my normal mechanic does it for free. The only reason I took my car here was because my check engine light came on and they were the first place I passed - I don`t know much about cars and didn`t want to risk my family`s safety or damaging the car. I went and paid the $50, then took the car to my mechanic who ran the same test for free. He discovered that the gas cap was a little loose, tightened it, and the car is fine.

Worst Experience Ever - PLEASE NEVER GO HERE!

I went in and got an alignment. All went well, they said it was good, so I took it. It wasn`t aligned correctly and the steering would alternate from straight being in one position and straight being in another. So I went back in. They said to replace the outer tie rod. I did, brought it back in, they said I had to replace the inner tie rod because it was bent. Why did they tell me the wrong one in the first place, I... view more dunno? But I replaced it anyway and held my temper down. I finally took it in because I knew they had to be able to get it right now. I drove off the lot and the steering wheel is still a bit crooked! NEVER GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORST SERVICE EVER! I discovered that the reason the old inner tie rod was bad was because they bent it while trying to loosen the nut on it. They of course couldn`t get the nut off and bent the rod so they told me to replace it. Not only did they tell me that but they said that when I hit the curb I must have bent it. Considering I have never hit a curb, nor did I ever tell them that, this story is flawed. They should have taken responsibility for their actions. I now have completely bald tires on the front because my alignment has been off this entire process of taking it in and replacing parts myself. I am out approximately 300 dollars from parts I have bought, the cost of the no good alignment and gas. I am not including my time which is worth at least $50 an hour when working on cars. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any shop in my entire life!!!
