--GO TO BOTTOM FOR REVIEW SUMMARY-- My family has been going here for several years now, and up until about a year ago we were satisfied. Then last August, we took my little Ford Ranger in to get it`s differential replaced. The price was reasonable although being a little steep. About a month later I get stopped on the road and was told that my rear driver`s side wheel was wobbling a ton, being a new driver and only... view more been driving the truck for about a month, I never noticed it. We took my tuck back in and everything behind my wheel was torn up, bushings, bearings, everything was just gone. Obviously they did something wrong while replacing it but blamed me anyways and charged us a ridiculous amount to fix what they did wrong in the first place. Then about a month ago, the power steering went out in my parents truck, we took it into Diagnostic Automotive to find out what was wrong with it. They flushed the power steering fluid and sent it back to us saying nothing was wrong with it and again charging us an outrageous amount of money. well it worked for a couple days then while we were out of town, the power steering went out again. So we take it into the nearest shop and they said we needed a new power steering pump, and steering gear box. Sure enough, after this other shop (NOT Diagnostic Automotive) gave it back to us, it works perfectly. And now, my little Ford Ranger is making a horrible rattling noise from the rear passenger side wheel well. It is probably a result of Diagnostic Automotive`s extremely poor service yet again. I am definitely NOT taking it to Diagnostic Automotive ever again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I do NOT recommend Diagnostic Automotive. They keep giving us horrible and rude service, never can fix the problem, and end up creating even more problems.

Ok shop, but could be much better.

I`ve been going to this shop for ten years and I would say 50% of the time I have a great experience and the other 50% of the time I feel like I`m being jerked around. It`s kind of a gamble. I`m currently looking for another shop that is more reliable.
If you decide to go here, just make sure that you put your foot down and don`t let anyone push you around if any of them decide to.
