TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE! i called their location for a simple estimate on a part i needed fabbed up (two brackets and a 2"" tube bar being welded together) and the man on the phone (whoever he was) said he couldn`t do it! I asked him why, he said it was a violation of his liability restrains. I said, ""well im telling you what this is for, but for all you know it is for a skateboard."" he responds... view more, ""now you`re lying to me, telling me its for a skateboard?!"" i said, ""no... i said for all you know its for a skateboard; there is no liability issues."" the guy on the phone then hung up on me. NEVER HAVE A DEALT WITH ANYONE AT A PROFESSIONAL SHOP WHO ACTED SO CHILDISH! I can only imagine how good their work is with an attitude that someone else`s work is less important than the others.
