What a ripoff company

Stay as far away as you can from this company i had the extreme displeasure of having to use them today it took them 2 hours to get to me . then they charged me $ 20 for a 10 mile tow (even though my insurance company said i was covered in full !!!!!.) I will never ever use them again iand if my insurance company sends them again i will change insurance company just to avoid being ripped off again!!!!!!!!!!

Wow im glad you had a good exp...

Wow im glad you had a good experience with them because mine was a nightmare. You must of had a different driver because mine was grumpy the truck smelled like a vomit factory!! and the driver had nothing good to say about the company he was working for. I called to complain and all i got was hung on by their secetary or what ever she was . well any way i wont go into further details because they are obvioulsy not in... view moreterested in their company name or rep. so i will just say this I will never reccomend this company again I will never call this company for any reason at all whatsoever they overcharge (oh ya if ams reads this you may wanna review your drivers because i had 150 in tow coverage and i had to pay $10 to go from Ogden to Roy Wow U R Expensive!!!!!! Still waiting for my reciept in the mail!!!!.) My Allstate agent is looking into this for me.. So If you use this company by choice or just plain stuck with em good luck Plug your nose and hold on to your wallet!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow Thank You

I just Wanted to say Thank You to Michael He picked me and my broke down van the other day, he was there 20 minutes before my insurance company said he would be!!. He was very courteous and knew exactly what to say to ease my mind.( I was near liberty park in Salt Lake City). My last experience with a tow compay was not good at all. they ruined my bumper and charged me $25 dollars for a after hours charge because it ... view morewas after 5:00 pm. Michael picked my van up and dropped it off with no Damage and alot of healthy laughter. I was really quite unsure how much i was gonna be charged because it was 7:00 pm. but he told me i was fully covered for the tow and I owed them nothing. Plus he waited with me until my ride arrived ( shop was closed) So once again Michael Thank you so much For the best experience I Have ever had getting my Van towed I will Always Request AMS Towing for any of my future needs and if they wont send your company then I will call directly and pay cash for my tow just because i know Ams Towing will take good care of Me , My family and my vehicle. Thank You So Much !!!!!!!!
