Poor customer service

We had a engine light come on and asked them to check the code, a lady came out and started checking the code and told us out car smelled like wet dog in the rudest tone... Normally I`d be super offended except we were just coming back from swimming in pineview and had out dog in the back(although she could not see this) I mean what person gets in a car and tells the people you need to clean your car it smells like w... view moreet dog!!! Then told us she couldn`t read the code and walked away.... You guys seriously need to get your employees some customer service skills as you just lost our business.
