Don`t plan on having buyer`s r...
Don`t plan on having buyer`s remorse if you buy a car from Brent Brown. They will threaten to sue you if you try to return the car and don`t care if they loose money on the transaction. Once they sell a car it is sold because they pay their salesmen $500 commission per car. I also didn`t have a good experience with their repair department. The mechanic totally lied to sell the car and then after the sale revealed ... view morethere was extensive work that had to be done. Of course, they were willing to do the repairs for me after the sale. I am one year away from purchasing a $50,000 truck and I won`t buy it from them. I definitely will not use them for repairs either.

Perfect Customer Service
I`ve been dealing with these guys for three years since I got here. I bought my first car from them when I got stationed here. It was very easy and my payments were low even with no money to put down and no credit. They had a great selection and I got to choose from several vehicles. They matched me up with the vehicles that fit the payment that I wanted. I couldn`t believe it was that easy. I had one small problem w... view moreith my car after the warranty expired. I called them up to get advice on where to take my car to get fixed. They actually ended up taking the car for me and getting it fixed and didn`t even charge me a penny. After that I have taken several friends to them who ended up buying cars and trucks. They have all thanked me and seem very happy too. I just recently had an addition to my family and decided that I needed a bigger vehicle, so I called up my salesperson. He actually located the exact vehicle that I was looking for. I took the car in that I bought previously and they gave me WAY more than Carmax offered me on the trade-in. I thought I was upside down, as they say, in my car but they gave me enough for it to pay off the loan. I love my new 2004 Z71 Suburban and no problems yet, she runs perfect. If I am in the area when I buy my next vehicle, I will definitely come back.

Worst experience ever! Pathetic salesmen.
Worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I had been talking with a salesman every day for about a week about a used car in their inventory. I live about 90 minutes away from the dealership, so I wanted to make sure my trip was worth it. After requesting pictures of the vehicle (which took about 3 days to get), I called to make an appointment. I made sure the car was still available, told them I was pre-approved... view more for a loan, made sure they worked with my credit union on Saturdays, and told them I would be there in 90 minutes. When I was 10 minutes away from the dealership, the salesman I had been working with called and said he sold the vehicle, and wanted to let me know so I didnt waste a trip down. Both he and his manager seemed entirely apathetic about my wasting my Saturday, and 40 bucks in gas.
