I bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla...
I bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla about a month ago and have had no problems. I was very happy with my experience at Millenium auto. My sales guy, was down to earth and straight forward with me and he immediately made me feel like I was dealing with a human being and not a typical sleazy salesman.

Very down to earth, reasonable...
Very down to earth, reasonable, fair, and honest. That`s how I would describe working with Lindsey at Millenium Auto. I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey with low miles for a good price. Plus, I felt Lindsey offered top dollar for my trade in. He asked me what I thought was a fair value for the trade in and he said it didn`t seem fair and offered $500.00 more in my favor! After I bought the mini van there were a couple of things that weren`t working 100 % after taking it to a dealership for a quick overview inspection. I went back to talk to Lindsey about them half thinking I`d end up in an argument, but quickly found him to be very easy to work with. He offered to have Bruce, their in house mechanic, look at the issues and see to it that they were resolved. Not only did they do all the labor for free, Lindsey also set me up with a car I could use while the mini van was being worked on. Lindsey also took the initiative to see to it that I was pleased and that I got the customer care that I expected. In the end, I got a great vehicle, at a good price, and excellent customer service. Lindsey definitely went above and beyond what was expected.

I bought a 2010 Corolla at a good price. The car was in great shape with low miles. It drives fantasitic! I purchased it after much looking because the salesman, Lindsey, was easy to deal with and he provided continued follow up and service after we bought the car. They did everything they promised. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership and this salesman! I do recommend them.

I bought a `09 Toyota Corolla about a month ago and have had no problems. I was very happy with my experience at Millenium Auto. Not only did I get a great car for a great price, but they offered me twice as much for my trade-in as the bigger lots were willing to give me (without jacking up the car price to make up for it). This really surprised me because, I`ll admit, when I drove up it seemed like such a dumpy little place that I didn`t expect much. But having a dumpy little place means low overhead, so that must allow them to be a little more flexible with the prices. However they do it, I`m glad I stopped by!

We highly recommend Millennium Auto Network in Draper, Ut. All their employees (especially Chad Hudgens) are genuinely friendly, and easy going. They do not have any high pressure sales tactics either! We had been searching for a used Honda Accord with low miles for several weeks. When we discovered their dealership, we were really impressed at the great selection of Honda & Toyota vehicles. A few days after the purchase, we were a little worried because the Accord started making a grinding noise at start up. We called Chad Hudgens back and told him about the problem. He had us take the Accord to the Honda Dealership to be fixed. The Dealer replaced the VTC Actuator--------and at NO cost to us! Chad bent over backwards to resolve the situation. Now the car runs like a dream! So we are very HAPPY & SATISFIED customers! We would recommend Millenium to anyone looking for a used Honda or Toyota vehicle. They are AWESOME!

Feel ripped off; problem car
I am very unhappy with Millenium. I bought a 2007 Honda accord with 40,000 miles. I wanted something low miles that will be reliable. Our agreement when I bought the car was that the battery light would be taken care of. as I drove it off the lot after buying it, the light was on. At first they were friendly, had me bring the car back to fix it and reassured me (multiple times) they would take care of it. I took the ... view morecar back, they "fixed" it, the same day I picked it up the engine light came on. They "fixed" it, the next day the battery light came on again. They quit answering mine and my Dad`s calls once my check cleared. They had told me before I bought it that I had 7 days to return if it I wasn`t happy. However, when I said I wanted to do that, they had quit responding. Later that week (last week) I driver the car an hour and a half, the battery light came on and the car quit. The whole reason I bought the car was reliability and it was not reliable. I had also bought the 5 yr/100,000 mile warranty that "is like buying a new car", it "covers everything bumper to bumper". I took the car to the dealer the beginning of this week, and they don`t cover this problem. I feel I have been ripped off. This was clearly a problem while they had the car, but they acted like they didn`t know anything about it, even though the light was on when I test drove it. I wish I wouldn`t have ever stepped foot in there; it has turned into an expensive, ongoing nightmare. I would never go back.
