Absolutely disgusted
I have never been treated so poorly by a mechanic shop as I did with Jmac. The manager Mark is so rude and unprofessional. I called with a general air conditioning question and he sounded knowledgeable in the beginning, he said I could bring it down that day. I got there and got the run around and they couldn

Great Service!
Last time I had my oil changed, they did not put enough oil back into my car. After a few weeks I stopped by J Mac Car Care to see why my car was making a loud noise. They informed me of the issue and fixed it on the spot.
I am very impressed with the service J Mac Care Car provides. I was in and out for an oil change very quickly and at a very reasonable price. They pay attention to detail as well, letting me kno... view morew that one of my belt will need to be changed soon.
I strongly suggest you visit the guys down at J Mac Car Care.

Great People
I have taken both my personal cars and my company cars to J-MAC and they have always delivered what they promised on time. They have a quick and efficient staff that knows their business, and I am impressed with their fair prices every time I get the bill. You have a customer for life.

Fixed a nagging problem
A few weeks back I took my car into Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed. Shortly after the oil change, my car started emitting a weird smell. The tech at Jiffy Lube suggested it was the cabin filter, but I knew that wasn`t the problem. It smelled like something was burning. The car didn`t have the smell before I took it in, but coincidentally had the smell within one day of having the car serviced at Jiffy Lube.
Eve... view morery time I stopped at a light, or pulled the car into my garage I could smell it. The car wasn`t smoking or burning oil, so it was hard for me to troubleshoot the problem.
I decided to take my car into J-Mac Complete Car Care service to get a second opinion. Upon close inspection, the mechanic determined that the smell was caused by leaking transmission fluid. Apparently the techs at Jiffy Lube didn`t fasten the cap tightly enough when they topped it off.
The guys at J-Mac tightened the cap, washed off the fluid, and fixed the problem. It only took them a few minutes to find and fix the problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and will consider taking my car here for future maintenance.
