horrible horrible businessman!!

Ok so not only is the owner of this business soley motivated by money, he has no sense of customer service at all. I brought my truck to arnolds yesterday to have my front passanger hub and wheel replaced. A simple procedure that should take a few hours tops. Here it is day two and when I call and let him know this is not acceptable he started screaming at me on top of his lungs that its his delivery drivers fault. N... view moreow im an understanding woman but tell me why its my fault that u do business with a shady company just so u can save a lil money? Then when my husband called him he started with his long list of fix its on our truck trying to suck as much money from us as he could...i had to have my husband go sit down there and babysit them because after this point I no longer trusted them with my truck. I will deffinately be paying the extra money to do business with a reputiable company and have the peace of mind im working with trustworthy people.

bogus promotional cards

i must say i was a little leary of the promotional car care card 6 oil changed, tire rotation, a c check raidiator drain and fill etc etc.....80.00$ well just don`t try to use it .run around trey to make an appointment and someone will have to call you back to verify? really an appointment for an oil change? 1 hour later then you are told you have all these other problems with your car? really? what a bunch of disho... view morenest thugs... BEWARE!!

Great Customer Service

I recently took my Saturn VUE to Arnold Auto for Safety & Emissions, and replacement of my front brake pads. The mechanics, Bryce and Chad are awesome! They were such perfectionists and made sure they did an excellent job on my vehicle. They did not overcharge me, and I found that they were less expensive on the brakes for labor and parts than other Automotive shops were. And their Receptionist, Andrea sure know... view mores what great customer service is about - she even took the time to drive to my home to deliver the `rebate certificate` for the brake pads that I had forgotten. I was extremely impressed with the work on my vehicle, as well as the great customer service I received. I would refer any of my friends and family to Arnold Auto any day.

DO NOT GO HERE

Chad Arnold, the owner, charged me twice for the same bill. I took both reciepts in and he refuses to give me my money back because I paid in cash and do not have a reciept of my own. Crappy work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
