After getting new struts insta...

After getting new struts installed on my Civic, I needed an alignment. The steering wheel was pointing about 15 degrees left, but the car drove straight. So, they performed the alignment on their machine and turned the keys back over to me (they didn`t test drive it). The first thing I noticed when I got in the car was that the wheel was now pointed about 10 degrees to the right. Weird. So, I drove off. On ... view morea straight and level road, I had to hold the wheel to the right because when I let go, the car veered left. I called immediately and, of course, they didn`t have time to re-fix it again that day, come back tomorrow. So, I go back, they redo the work, and the guy up front proceeds to tell me it was all good, they just reset the steering wheel and redid the alignment. The number sheet showed the finished toe at -0.05 and 0.00 yesterday, but today the starting was -0.20 and 0.20. Either they didn`t tighten it up right or their machine is jacked up. Either way, again today, it shows a 0.00 and 0.05 toe. He said the steering wheel will point a little bit to the right, they couldn`t get it straight and that he toed in both tires a little bit to make it drive straight. He said my tires were probably worn, causing it to veer off. Never mind that I just got brand new tires too, less than 60 miles ago. Oh, well, it was windy yesterday, you have to hold the wheel harder when it`s windy or the car will veer. OK, thanks Captain Obvious. That last comment solidified that they hire absolutely incompetent people there. I am not an idiot. I really do not appreciate being treated as such when there is data that YOU printed off to give me that the job you performed was done improperly. And, my steering wheel still points to the right. I can`t vouch for any of their other work, but as for alignments, I would NEVER go back there again. Ever.

What a joke! These guys had my...

What a joke! These guys had my vehicle for a month, had to bring it back once and my truck is in worse condition than when I took it in! They didn`t even torque the bolts down to my manifold, and lost my radiator cap. The response "We will help you fix it again but we should have charged you more anyway" WOW.. Buyer beware for sure. A month later, car rentals, and a bunch of cash out I still need to get my ... view moretruck fixed.

awesome honest service!

Our car was shacking like crazy and the technicians were great. We appreciate they only did what was needed and did not try to "create more problems" to charge us more. What a great eperience with honest service !
