I think people that go car shopping typically expect ahead of time that the whole experience will be a nightmare from all the horror stories out there, so they go in with negative expectations and create a negative experience for themselves without even realizing that they are part of the problem! ...we had a great experience, we were looking for a car for my son and the staff was very friendly and helpful. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Murray Auto is a joke. We purchased a 2004 Volvo XC90 from Murray and the car was a giant POS. Murray didn`t perform a safety inspection on the car, didn`t check the oil, and the car was missing lug nuts. We were told by Sid, (who is a bigger POS than the Volvo) he would get this all fixed. I can`t recall how many times Sid said he`d call back and never did. We had to constantly call Sid to work ... view moreout the problems on this car. While we were waiting for Sid to get these things fixed, the car started to leak antifreeze. We took it to a shop (because Murray doesn`t have a mechanic) and it was going to cost us $900 to fix the problem. We haven`t put the plates on the car yet or make the first payment and it is already undriveable. We tried to work with Murray on the Volvo but they were useless. We asked them to get us out of the Volvo and into another car. They told us we couldn`t do anything because we owed too much on the car. We`d have to own it for a while to drive the balance down then come back and they can work with us!!!! SERIOUS!?!?! What a joke. Don`t waste your time with these idiots. They are incompetent and rude. If you do buy a car, take it to a mechanic first. I paid the price by trusting these jokers they sell quality cars.
