I haven`t been going to Mr. Muffler all too long, but they get the job done and they do it right. The service was great, they charged only what they needed, and I trust going back to them for all my future problems.

I was informed by my local auto maintenance shop that I needed to replace my catalytic convertor at a price of about $900. I also had a hole in my exhaust pipe. Based on positive reviews I read on Citysearch, I brought it to Mr Muffler. I was very impressed with the service. Caesar told me that the catalytic convertor did not need to be replaced, just a couple of loose heat sheilds could be removed, and he repla... view moreced a small section of exhaust pipe. Total cost of repairs was $70. I was back on the road in less than two hours. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I have been going to this shop for 15 years. Ceasar was formerly the manager, but bought the shop a few years ago, so now he is the owner manager. He is honest and expects only the best from his staff and himself. He will tell you the truth about what they can do and what they can`t. I have never had a problem. I have done business there for over twenty years. Almost every time I go back, he does one more thing to impress me. Caesar, who used to be the shop manager, bought it a few years ago, so the manager is the store owner. He is very invested in making it a good and reliable place to take your car.

Since finding Mr Muffler I wont take my car anywhere else. I don`t know much about cars but they never make me feel stupid. They are very helpful and explain everything so that I can feel comfortable. Very honest, fast and reliable! Great shop!

Being of the female gender I am have always been leary of mechanics as I have heard all the bad mechanic stories. However when I take my car to Caesar at Mr. Muffler I am not only confident that my car is being fixed correctly but I am not getting ripped off. Plus he stands by the warranties.
