I appreciate the customer service I received

When I pull up to the service doc I was greeted by Jay Morris. He checked me in and with in a few minutes I was able to head to work. When car was done he called me to let me know what was wrong and what they did to fix it and then I was able to pick up car. I appreciate the customer service I received and how I was updated on my car.

Solid customer

I have had the very best experience with your dealership!!! From day one buying my 09 Malibu, to the day I bought my 11 Malibu!!! I tried to get into anything at three other dearships with no luck at all! I was desperate to get into anything to be able to get to work! Sam Armijo, has been the greaterst guy on earth! After I contacted Steve ahead of my visit, he was ready with the vehicle for a test drive when I arrived. He made the process uncomplicated and straight forward. His approach was without pressure and ready to answer any questions. He made sure the GM supplier discounts I expected were accomplished. Steve was very accomodating and made the arrangments quickly to have the evaluation and offer prepared. Once the offer was precented, I decided to sell the vehicle on my own. Shortly after, your used car salesman asked what I really needed from my trade, I suggested and he counter offered. I considered the offer and accepted. This required Steve to adjust the paperwork already in process but he gladly did so. The process was pleasent and I would return for another purchase in the future.

Excellent experience with Larry H Miller Chevrolet

I bought a used car after finding it on-line. The car was accurately represented and we agreed on a fair price. I had some concerns since i was out-of-state and would not see the car prior to purchase. My sales person assisted with arrangements to have a 3rd party of my choosing inspect the vehicle. I took my car in was shuttled back and forth. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy the people at Larry Miller! Extremely responsive

The sales team were able to make it happen! We went back and forth quite a few times trying to get the truck we wanted at the price point we could afford. They all were extremely responsive and their follow up was awesome. Sam was great, even though it wad 10:15 PM, he showed my husband every thing there is to know about the truck and programmer all the bells & whistles!

Very personal and friendly environment. I would and do recommend LHM Chevrolet sales and service to any and all who ask me. When I purchase a new vehicle it would definitely be here.
