Said the Car passed safety inspection but it most certainly did not!?ˆ?

The car I bought from them cost me over $1000 in the first 5 months. They told me it was all ready to go and they had taken care of safety and emissions. But upon driving the car I discovered that the windshield wipers had no rubber, the windshield mister didn`t spray any water, the timing belt was installed wrong and had bent a rod that it was positioned on, electric windows didn`t go up from the drivers control, an... view mored the climate control system sticks in the cold position and won`t move to hot. When informed about this they only fixed the windshield wipers for free and said tough luck on the rest...they lied to me about the safety inspection and felt no remorse about it.
