German Motor Works has done wonderful work for me over the past several years. I have also spoken with several other customers during the years and everyone I have talked to has been pleased with their service. They are professional, prompt, and give you pricing ahead of time. Joe is runs a remarkable shop and employs high caliber mechanics. I wouldn`t take my car anywhere else!

I`ve had work done for some years with GMWs. Unfortunately I now have become painfully aware of their true business practices. Joe, the owner is a pathological liar. Here`s an example. I brought the car in for an oil change and picked it up with the air conditioning not working. I paid them to fix the air conditioning and was told the car had a severe radiator and water pump leak. After the next oil change the air co... view morendition, again, stopped working. I brought the car back and Joe said it was because the car was so over heating the air conditioning system shut down. Well, I was floored. The car isn`t even warm let alone over heating. I called them on it and they reconnected a wire and the air conditioning was fine again. I have yet to add water to the overflow tank, there is no radiator problem. My daughter bought a car they had from a mechanics lean. Joe said it was in perfect condition with nothing wrong. We`ve paid $2,500 since with two weeks of buying the car to get it in drivable condition. As I say, they`re subtle but Joe is a near perfect liar.
