Reviews:
Horrible! I wish I read your reviews before.
This is terribly dishonest service! I regret so much that I did not know about your reviews.
I had many problems with them but today I am 100% sure about their dishonesty. I brought my car to check for the airbag light. They checked and told me that some parts needed to be replaced with the cost of $658. But I found that the cost seemed too high and I immediate called them 10 minutes later to cancel that. They told ... view moreme that they already ordered the parts from a provider and it could not be cancelled. Can you imagine, you order one thing and 10 minutes later you can not cancel it? I think they even could not order those parts during that 10 minutes, but they really wanted to rip me off. Even how hard I tried to tell them that I did not need that replacement, they did not let me get my car home without paying for that parts. Only when I called the police, they told me stop calling the police and let me get the car home. Before today, I had many problems with them as well.
The first time I came for some fixing, they told me that they need to fix a couple of items including the frame possibly. Even I did not know much about cars, I (and my friends) knew that there was nothing wrong the frame that day. They told that they would call me if they needed to fix the frame. They did not call at all and at the end they charged me for that. Because it was only $150 in a much larger amount, I did not argue with them.
The next time, I had a serious problem with my car. They told me that they would complete fixing it in 1-2 weeks. But after 2 weeks, they said that their provider gave them poor quality parts, they needed to exchange. They told me to wait another week. But after that another week, they had still completed fixing. I came there and found that they ignored my cars to fix the others as I did not urge them enough. When I complained about their services, the manager said ""It is your fault to break out your car so seriously, not our fault"".
Even I was not satisfied with their services, I had to bring my car back as they already fixed it before and I did not want to waste time looking for a new garage and explain them the whole thing again. I brought my car there again as the AC did not blow cold air. After they fixed, the AC only blew normal air but I did not realize that as it was winter. Three weeks later, I found that and brought back to them. They charged me the whole thing again including their labor for AC diagnosis. I should have save quite a lot if they just did it in 1 visit. In addition, there appeared an whistle when the AC worked (it was not like that before they fixed the AC). I immediately brought back to them and they found some trash in the AC, but they denied their fault. They said it was a coincidence that the whistle appeared right after they fixed my AC. And I again had to pay fully for that.
After today their dishonesty are so obvious. And I will never come back there.

Warning
Caution...find another mechanic. I went here for a tune up and new brakes. They broke my rotors on the brake job and then sent me home with the brakes not working properly (they broke the speed sensor). Brakes were grinding loudly so I`m not sure how they didn`t notice. When I took it back they told me it wasn`t safe to drive. A couple months later by spark plug and ignition coil blew out from a faulty installat... view moreion during the tune up. My car broke when I was 45 minutes away from the My Mechanic so I took it to another dealership. Once I found out that it was a result of improperly installing the spark plugs I called Eddie at My Mechanic and had him talk to the other repair shop. He agreed for me to have the work done their and said he would reimburse me. I brought him the spark plug showing him evidence it was installed incorrectly. He agreed and processed the paperwork with their Corporate office. I kept getting the run around and finally Eddie said he did all he could and that the Corporate office would not approve it.
The repair that the other repair shop did was a quick fix (rethread the cylinder head spark plug) and Eddie was aware that this fix may not hold. Since it was a lot cheaper than pulling the cylinder head he agreed to do it. Turns out this didn`t work so I brought it back to my mechanic. The one good thing I can say is that they did repair the work which was a 10 hour job to pull the cylinder head. The bad thing is that rather than get a new cylinder head they sent it to a repair shop. My car broke again and once again Eddie repaired the work under warranty. I took my car in for a tune up to try to avoid having any problems in the future. Instead my car broke down several times and I was out of work for 4 days, and had to pay almost $400 for another repair shop to fix the work My Mechanic did wrong. . I had no confidence that the car wouldn`t keep breaking so I ended up buying a new one.

Best Auto Service Experience ever received
This was the best auto experience I ever received. I never felt the ""hustle"" I usually get at other shops. I was sold only what I needed and was even told I didn`t need the brake job and alignment I thought I needed. They told me how many miles I probably had left in those items. I bought tires and they matched Discount Tire`s prices. The service manager took his time with me, explained all of my options and a... view morenswered all of my questions. He definitely earned my trust and I won`t be going anywhere else for auto service. You should really give these guys a try.

WORST and DISHONEST Mechanics
VERY disappointed in service manager - Peter. Lied about what was wrong with the car. Did extra work and end of the day the car does not work and cost almost $1000.00.

WARNING: Worst Place You Could Go
My car stalled and broke down and I had my car towed to their shop. BIG MISTAKE! I thought they ""seemed"" trustworthy...but they basically are thieves and cheats. They charged me $95 as a diagnostic fee to supposedly find out what was wrong with my car. When they found out, they told me they need to change my fuel pump and filter...which will cost me $725 dollars. What a F***ing rip off. There wasn`t much I could do... view more and was stuck because I needed the car fixed and didn`t know where else I could go. I figured if I just get this done, then I`ll be good for awhile. WRONG!!! When I picked up the car, I paid them and went home and didn`t drive anywhere else the rest of the day. The next morning as I was heading out...my car breaks down AGAIN!!! It was SUPPOSEDLY repaired less than 24hrs ago and I drove it for only a total of 7 miles since I got it. 7!!!!!
If I got on the highway...I could`ve died. If you care about your safety and the safety of your children, DO NOT take your car to this mechanic.
When I talked to them, they basically told me they will have to bring the car in and look at it BEFORE they can tell me if they will charge me for another tow and diagnostic. WTF?! If they fixed it right the first time...I would not have to go through this again. Plus, if they DIDN`T do their job the first time...why the hell would I trust them to do it right the second time. The only reason I even tried to talk to them was so that if they had morals, they would own up to the mistake and fix what they were suppose to have done the first time without trying to juice me for more money.
Now all I`m left with is $800 dollars down the drain. To those of you who are looking for a good, honest mechanic...look again, this place is NOT it.
Unless you`re looking for a simple oil change, do not trust them with anything more.
