Perfect service. Satisfied customer. Gear One really gave me a hand after my transmission out of nowhere failed. I was desperately looking for shops close by to take a look at my car. I went through Gear One`s website and was confident to give the guys a call because they offered "free" towing and diagnostic check. I love this shop. It`s very great and the mechanics really do know what they`re doing. And then they supplied me with a rental car while my car was at their shop. Ain`t that nice? I mean the payment plans and everything is just too awesome. Thanks allot guys.

Understandable Mechanics that ...

Understandable Mechanics that know exactly what they`re doing. For the last couple of weeks my vehicle was giving me weird signals by making some weird loud knocking noise. The mechanics took a quick diagnostic check and notified me the issue. My car was done in a couple of days and I am one satisfied customer.

I saved allot of money with Ge...

I saved allot of money with Gear 1. I was surfing online and found out the shop offered free towing services. That sounded pretty good for me and I had the urge to call them. It was done like it was said and they also checked my car for free. My transmission was finally fixed within a week and the performance was done the right way. So far I haven`t gotten any signs of a failure transmission.

These guys right here let me tell you. So I was noticing way early that my car was leaking oil all the time. It was weird because I never had my car doing that on me. I was going through Google searching in "why is my car leaking". I found out it was something to do with the car`s transmission. Then I remembered one time my mom had an issue with her transmission and brought it here to Gear 1. God I was satisfied with the results and it is such a relief driving in the road in a smooth non leaking oil vehicle.

I remember when I was driving ...

I remember when I was driving to go pick up my kiddos from school and right at the stop sign my car began to vibrate and making some loud disturbing noises that caught my attention. I was thinking twice on taking my car to get checked somewhere but didn`t thought it was such a big deal to do so. Finally my wife told me that my car was vibrating even more than usual. Because for me this was sort of severe, I brought it to them and finally was told that it was a torque converter that needed replace. The mechanics took less time fixing it than I expected. I was offered payment plans and a good 2 year warranty. Thanks Guys.

Brought my vehicle to the shop...

Brought my vehicle to the shop because I noticed my transmission oil was dirty. The guys wore very honest and changed the oil for only 20.00 bucks. Next time I ever get a fail like this one I know where to take my car.

They can`t fix it

I took my car to Gear One on September 26, 2011 with a transmission problem. Gear One determined that my transmission needed to be rebuilt. On October 7, I picked my car up, drove it approximately 2 miles and returned it because the transmission was worse than when I dropped it off. Since then it has been back to Gear One 7 more times, it still is not fixed, it is now March 6, 2012.
I would not have taken the ... view morecar back to Gear One but I had already paid for the rebuild, so the subsequent visits were covered under their warranty.
Over 60 days total time in the shop and the transmission still does not work properly. Avoid this shop, they cannot fix transmissions.
