Disappointed
I went to Chuck nash and after doing all the paperwork, I got my vehicle, got insurance on it (which costs $280) and left with my "new vehicle". I was told that I absolutly could not leave with my "new vehicle" without insurance and to come back Monday to finish a few papers. So I got a call on Monday asking me to come on Tuesday. I came in on Tuesday and they tell me that they cannot give me the ... view morevehicle. So now, I have to go find my trade in, take everything out of the vehicle I was told was mine and get back into my old car and go home. That`s not the worst part....Now I cannot get my money back for the insurance I was told I had to have for the car that "belonged to me". Because of the dishonesty of the dealer, I`m out of a lot of money and really nobody cares except me. They care way more about selling a car then they do about the customer and they will lie, steal, and cheat to make that sell. How the customer comes out in the end is not important to them. If you can, go to another dealership.

Unhappy customer
I recently had service work completed on my Oldsmobile Alero at Chuck Nash. After spending $600 on a sensor that required taking my dash apart, my dash began peeling away on the top. I took it back to have them look it over to see if the mechanics had perhaps not put the dash back together snugly, I was informed it was not their fault and it would cost a pretty penny to fix it. I felt like after spending $600 on m... view morey car at their shop, they could have been more service friendly and at least offered to glue it back on or made an attempt to "tuck" the part sticking up back under. It just seems too much of a coincidence that my dash started peeling back as soon as I got my car back. They "hinted" that using Armor All had most likely caused the glue to disintegrate. I didn`t say anything, but I have never ever used Armor All on my dash. I will not take my car back there.
