I have a nine month old 2013 Fiat 500 with just over 6,000 miles. The check engine light came on. When I called for a service appointment I was sent to voice mail. I had a trip scheduled for two days later so I wanted to get the car in to be checked as soon as possible. It took most of the day to get a response and schedule an appointment and I had to complain to get any response at all. The car was serviced on We... view morednesday. I decided to have an oil change done and tires rotated even though I was ahead of the maintenance schedule and that was done. The check engine light is caused by a failure of the "purge solenoid". That part was not in stock and I was told "nobody has one". It will be a few days before that part is available, but I was informed the car is safe to drive. I`ll have to come back in again, taking more time out from work, when the part arrives. Not exactly the best experience, is it?
