Scam!!
I went in for an oil change, and brought some brake pads to be replaced. They didnt even change the brake pads and my car sounds worse than it did before I took it in. The scam artist in the front`s name is Andy and there are a couple of blond backwoods looking mechanics with crooked teeth working the back that are the ones that mess up your cars. Dont go here!!

wow!
I guess i`m nieve, i went in there to have a motor to my drivers side window replaced. i went in the guy was ok in his apperance and ok in attitude so i went with it. this place was my last hope. he told me that they would have to perform a diagnostics test on the car that would cost $95. i thought wow thats a little outrageous but whatever. i leave and come back about 45 minutes later to find he had to tell me the... view more same thing i had already known from the get go. he told me the price of the part $85. and labor $220. a little excessive dont ya think. well after the whole transaction was completed it was like a whole new wave of attitude swept through the shop. the men at the front were very rude. i was so excited to have my car back i just blew it off and went to get in and found black goo all over the interior. all over the window all over the door.... everywhere!!!!!!! the only good thing that happened was the guy who came out of the bay to get the goo off he said that i shouldnt have paid so much for a crappy job. not to mention not but 5 minutes after i pulled out of their parking lot the other window died...... hmmmmmm a little fishy dont ya think?

Burned out fog lamp
I first went into this business for an oil change one that was advertised for $16.95 well my oil change came to a total of $25.95 ok so no biggie. Well I had left the business and went to advanced auto to check on some fog lamp prices. I called the company back to see if they replace fog lamp lights they said yes but on most cars they have to replace the whole light assembly which i thought was kind of strange but ... view morei went back up there and told Andy that i found the lights and on my vehicle they are replaceable ok so he then looked at it and said well we will have to put it on a lift and remove your bumper to gain access to the bulbs and i figured ok i dont want to do that myself so i told them ok they told me it would take a little over an hour to do and it would be $150 well i went and sat in the waiting area and watched them perform the work only to see that they didnt take the bumper off but mearly slipped their hand up there and replace the bulbs they were done in a half hour i was carged the estimated price for them to do less work then what the quote was for will never go back again they are a bunch of liars and thiefs!!!!!!

A strange circumstance???
When I took my car in for an oil change, I was also concerned that my driver`s side front tire was low. I asked that the tires be rotated. This morning, when I left for work, my driver`s side front tire was almost flat. I am no expert on tires, but it is a mystery to me how this could happen. When I called the store for an explanation, he could only recite what was seen on the paperwork and would not respond to m... view morey question as to how the tire on the same position would lose air IF the tires were actually rotated. It feels like fraud to me. What do you think?

Cheats and Liars
I took my car in after the check engine light came on. I had AutoZone check out the problems and took the information to them and they insisted that their scanner was better and wanted to charge me $100 for it. Their scanner came back with the same information but they added on a part that was not needed. Interesting enough someone I spoke to about their pricing was charged $195 for the same scan on their vehicle.... view more They try to sell parts marked up 40% over retail pricing and want to sell you parts that your vehicle does not need. Stay away from this location. Any other repair shop charges $65 an hour for repairs, they charge $100. I have always been told that the smartest people are the ones who learn from others mistakes. Consider yourself very wise.
