Dawn is always professional and helpful. I had to come back a few days later, to have the sun visor replaced, the gentleman that assisted me was quite busy attending to all of the customers, but he also was very professional, efficient and made sure that everyone knew that they were being attended to.

This is Muhammad, I was very much disappointed about services earlier but when I addressed issues, they are ready to solve my problems and tinting my car with free car mats, Mr. Kelvin Gentry had done wonderful response and solved my issue, David Garcia also told me that I can cancel my Warranty at any time, so I can cancel it sooner or later and I will get refund for warranty. Dawn is an outstanding service rep. She makes suggestions for things that might help my car`s performance; works well with her tech and is always a step ahead of what my needs are. Best yet, she recognizes and welcomes me when I stop in unexpectedly and NEVER puts down my concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone with a Toyota.

Best Dealership In DFW!
This the best car buying experience i have ever had! I am glad I drove past Grandprarie, Toyota of Irving, and Arlington to get Toyota of Grapevine. Though I could have purchased closer to home the drive was well worth it for the experience I had. I looked at Camrys then saw the Scion tC and fell in love. I was also able to set up my first service appointment the day i bought my car which I have never been offered before from other dealers. Best car buying experience by far!
I purchased a 2013 FRS from here and did not feel pressured, lied to, or taken advantage of one bit. I had previously had a bad experience at another dealer and was hesitant to try again somewhere else, but I am glad I did. A big plus was when they showed me how to hook my phone up and made sure I know how everything worked before I left. They definitely treat you like a friend instead of a source of income!

Texas Toyota has the friendliest employees and they treat you like you are apart of the family. I went in yesterday to get my first oil change done on my new car and was out of there in 30minutes, which i was expecting at least a 45+ minute wait!

My service advisor fixed some small problems on the car while we were in the service drive thru. Totally appreciate him doing those small things. The wait for the repair wasn`t too bad. It was close to the time they expected to be finished. I will be back for future service.
