If you want great service with quick responses you need to see Abel Rosenberg in the used car lot. He made my deal happen in less then a few hours and was very helpful with every question I had. After Abel helps you out, go see Brian Hamm which was extremely helpful in the finance portion of the deal. You see these two guys and you are sure to come home with a great deal.

It is ridiculous how Cavende...
It is ridiculous how Cavender Toyota is pulling the chair out from underneath people. I called thier service department and asked how much it would cost to have a brake light bulb installed and the woman said, "umm, about $35.00."
First, I was transferred four times and second what does "about, $35.00" mean. Was that just a random number she pulled out of her head. Could she have said, "... view moreumm, about $55.99" or $75 too. I called Cavender FIRST because i purchase my truck from them but I was "how a $5 bulb that takes 5 minutes to put in costs about $35.00." I called Red McCombs Toyota and guess what they said...bring it buy and we will replace it for the price of the bulb!!! Wow!!! less than $5. go ahead call them up and ask them. he installed it right there in front of me and "said step on the brakes test it out." i did and he noticed that the top mounted brake light on my Tundra was also out. He said "you know what since i didn`t check that before we fixed the first one i wont charge you for the second one!!" Wow again!! So..guess where I am going to go for service now. Even if some of their prices may be higher and even if they are a further drive at least they were confident in their answer(s). This isn`t the first time I have had issues with Cavender`s service department, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Do we have to continue to give chances? I don`t think so, especially when another company and a reputable company saved me $30 +$5(free light).

I shopped and shopped and Ronn...
I shopped and shopped and Ronnie Torres with the Internet Department was awesome he could not have made it easier. He was nice to my family and explained everything. I have met other salesman and no one could even compare. Their Management was very respectful and took care of my family and I. Thank You Guys!
