We have roadside insurance from our phone company. I locked my keys in my car and had to call for help. Our insurance provider said because of the snow and ice, it would take up to 8 hours for a service truck. BTL showed up with in 40 minutes. The truck that came was not the one they normally used to open cars but he had a couple unlocking tools with him. after about 20 minutes the sevice guy said he didnt have the r... view moreight tool with him but was willing to drive from FT worth to trouphy club to get my extra keys. this was during the week when we had all the snow and ice. Thanks again BTL, and you should give that guy a raise....
