STAY AWAY!!! Yesterday I stopped by for a basic oil change, balance and tire rotation, an over priced oil change mind you. Once they were done, I paid my bill and was on my way. Not even 1 mile away I made a right on Wirt rd and then BOOOM Grrrrrrrrinndddddd, my wheel flew off while I was driving my 2012 Tahoe. Some idiot of a mechanic forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Now they are being completely unwilling to do the ... view moreright thing and not allowing me to take my car to Mac Haik saying that they immediately ordered a part to fix it and wont release the car. Very very very shady. I guarantee if you go there they will tell you 10 things that are "wrong" with your car. Now my car is out of commission and undriveable and they would not get me a rental car and gave me one of their beater cars to drive AND it had no gas in it whatsoever... Stay away from this place. The whole place is full of incompetent foreigners. Taking my car there was the worst mistake ever.

Shady Mechanics!

I went in for a simple brake job. The service manager there Kal told me the vehicle would be ready in a few hours. An hour or so after I dropped the car off, he called and told me that the rotors looked fine but it was required for them to turn and hone the rotors. I picked up the car and paid them over $200 dollars and everything was good. Four days later, I heard all kinds of squealing and scraping so I took my ... view morevehicle back that day which was a Wednesday. They were too busy to look at it and they told me to come back as soon as I could. I came back that Friday, again they were too busy. Saturday morning I showed up right when they opened. They pulled my car into the shop, and after looking at it less than 5 minutes they tried to tell me that when I originally brought the car in, my brake shoes were completely worn away and running metal to metal against the rotor and that I had to buy two new rotors now. But because I am a special customer, it would only cost me a little over $500.00. Having known what my brake shoes actually looked like prior to taking it to them, I called him on it and told them they were a bunch of crooks, to take my car off the lift as I was going elsewhere to have their work inspected. I decided to take the car to Just Brakes and I was shown how they had mounted not only the brake calipers on the rotors incorrectly, but the rotors were mounted incorrectly as well. When I confronted them about what Just Brakes had found and shown me, they just shrugged it off and asked me to leave. This place is nothing more than a nightmare and does not even deserve the rating of 1 star.

Bait and Switch - Ripped me off on Tires

I had a blow-out near this shop, so I had them replace the flat and the other rear tire. The manager told me they were putting on the same tires that the car came with (except with a different tread pattern... should`ve been my first clue the place was shady). They called the tires Potenzas, they quoted me Potenzas prices, then they installed Daytonas (cheaper tire, not rated for the same speed). The tires were overp... view morericed for Potenzas, and a complete rip off for Daytonas. To make it worse, I purchased the roadside hazard on the tires thinking they were the more expensive tire. I didn`t check the tires after they were installed because I was already late for work, and didn`t realize their mistake until one of the replaced tires blew out. They were suprised and shocked (practically calling me a liar) that I thought I had purchased different tires. They could not honor the warranty even on the cheap tires because their desk help can`t use their computer system. Incompetent in every way possible. Their air compressor was also broken down, so they couldn`t even fix the problem. This place is as shady as they come. Don`t shop her, don`t stop here, AVOID at all costs (its worth the extra money to get towed to a reputable location).
